CDT Consulting, LLC dba Thrive Time Wellness ("Thrive Time Wellness," "we," "us" or "our") respects the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) outlines how we utilize any personal information that is shared by you, the user ("you"), however provided, which if the user is an entity includes any personal information that is shared by your entity’s officers, employees, representatives and agents. This Policy applies to the Thrive Time Wellness website (the "Site"), however accessed by you (e.g., computer or mobile device).
PLEASE READ OUR POLICY IN FULL BEFORE USING OUR SITE. This Policy is an integral part of our Site and Terms of Use (also found in link in footer of this site). By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Site, you hereby agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Policy and our Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference. If do not agree to this Policy (or our Terms of Service), then do not use this Site or otherwise provide us with your personal information.
General Audience Site
Our Site is intended for general audiences residing in the U.S. Our Site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children, unless we have parent or legal guardian approval in compliance with Applicable Laws (as defined in our Terms of Service) including without limitation the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). We may ask users to confirm that they are at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where they reside (or provide their age or date of birth) in order to determine if parental or legal guardian consent is required (e.g., in order to receive Marketing Communications (defined below)). If we come to learn that we inadvertently collected information from a user that is not the requisite age of majority, then we will use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly delete that information from our records.
Marketing Communications
Thrive Time Wellness does not currently sell any products or services through this Site. In order to access Thrive Time Wellness coaching services (including messaging Thrive Time Wellness and booking appointments with Thrive Time Wellness), you will be redirected to Practice Practice Better, which is an independent platform operated by a third party not affiliated with Thrive Time Wellness and which has its own set of terms of service and privacy policy. This Site is intended only to provide you with general information about Thrive Time Wellness. You may subscribe to our monthly email newsletter (and receive updates from us via email) (collectively, “Marketing Communications”) by providing us with your email address, which is at your sole option and discretion. Any email address we collect from you via this Site is treated by us as your personal information, which we will neither sell nor rent.
Usage Information
Thrive Time Wellness and its third party service providers, including Google Analytics, may collect certain information about your use of our Site and may track how and when you use our Site (collectively, “Usage Information”). Thrive Time Wellness may engage other third party service providers to conduct analytics on our behalf. These third parties may collect certain information about how and where you use the Site, may set and access their own tracking devices (including cookies (further described below), web beacons, and embedded scripts) and may otherwise collect or have access to information about you and your online activities, which may be aggregated by us for analytical purposes (e.g., to determine what portion of users are utilizing a specific feature on the Site and the like). Usage Information may include but not be limited to browser or operating system information, URL or search string information used to find our Site, features of the Site accessed most frequently and the unique identifier (e.g., IP address) for the device used to access the Site. Usage Information is generally non-identifying, however if we associate any Usage Information with your personal information (e.g., your email address), then we consider that to be your personal information, which is treated in accordance with the terms of this Policy.
Cookies
Thrive Time Wellness and its third party service providers, including Go Daddy, our website provider, may use cookies including to analyze Site traffic and optimize your Site experience. By accepting the use of cookies, your data will be aggregated with all other user data. You can modify the browser settings on your device to disable (or block) certain cookies. If you choose to disable those cookies, some content and other features on our Site may not function properly. Our Site and our Marketing Communications may use web beacons, location-based technology and embedded scripts. At our discretion, we may also use device identifiers to identify users of our Site, and may do so in cooperation with law enforcement, government agencies, copyright owners, Internet service providers and wireless carriers, in each case, without notice to you.
Use of Your Personal Information
We will use your personal information as disclosed in this Policy and for Marketing Communications, communicating changes to this Policy (or our Terms of Service), improving our Site, protecting our Site from fraud or other abuse, protecting our legitimate business interests (or those of our third party providers), protecting the rights and property of Thrive Time Wellness, its third party providers and customers and any other lawful purpose allowed by applicable privacy laws.

We do not rent, lease or sell personal Information to third parties (for payment, marketing purposes or otherwise). We may disclose your personal information:

Thrive Time Wellness does represent or warrant that this Policy or the use of your personal information complies with the laws of every jurisdiction. Regardless of where your personal information is stored, we will process your personal information in accordance with the terms of this Policy. By using this Site or providing information to us, you hereby consent to the transfer, processing and storage of your information in the U.S. or such other foreign jurisdictions as we choose in our discretion. To the extent this section is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction not to satisfy a separate consent requirement under applicable law, Thrive Time Wellness will use its good faith efforts to obtain a separate consent from you.
Retention of Your Information
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and comply with any legal, accounting, tax or like requirements. If we no longer need personal information, we may delete it. It is your obligation to inform us if your personal information changes.
Information Security
Thrive Time Wellness has reasonable security measures to prevent the accidental loss or use of, and unauthorized access to, your personal information. We also limit access to your personal information to those employees, contractors, agents, representatives and third parties who have a business need to know. Nonetheless, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. We will notify you and any applicable government agency of a breach in the event we are legally required to do so.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to restate, modify, edit or otherwise update this Policy at any time or from time to time, with or without notice to you, which such updated Policy will effective at the time of posting. You hereby agree that your continued use of the Site with an updated Policy constitutes your agreement to the updated Policy. Notwithstanding anything the contrary, unless you consent, we will not use your personal information in a manner that is materially different than what was stated in our Policy that was posted at the time your personal information was collected.

We will not charge a fee for exercising your rights to your personal information, unless your request is arbitrary or excessive, in which case we will either refuse your request or charge you a reasonable fee. We may use reasonable measures to confirm the veracity of your request including reasonable security measures. You hereby agree to reasonably cooperate with us and provide us with additional information, as reasonably requested by us, at your sole cost and expense. We will work to turnaround your request in a reasonable amount of time (and otherwise in accordance with the time required by any applicable law).
