Before I became a coach, I spent years managing a demanding corporate career, then transitioned to a role as a university professor while raising three kids (with the support of my wonderful husband). Balancing work, family, and self-care was never easy, but I always made my wellness a priority—because I knew it was the foundation of everything else in my life.
Each individual has their own unique motivations and path to their definition of wellness. My approach is client centered and all about helping you create sustainable, long-term changes that fit into your life, not quick fixes or trendy diets.
